RULES AND REGULATIONS

To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of your stay, we ask that you abide by the following rules and regulations.  Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

REGISTRATION:

  • All campers and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. Valid ID required.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • Office hours are 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Saturday; 11:00 am – 3:00 pm Sunday.

PARK RULES:

  • Speed limit is 5 mph.
  • Quiet hours are 10 pm – 7 am on weekdays; 11 pm – 7 am on weekends.
  • Visitors must leave by 11 pm. Registered campers are responsible for the behavior of their visitors at all times.
  • Golf carts are to be driven by licensed drivers only.
  • No rollerblading or skateboarding is allowed. No ATV’s or 4-wheelers allowed.
  • Parents and/or guardians are solely responsible for their children’s safety, behavior, and actions at all times.
  • Parents and/or guardians will be held liable for injury, damages, vandalism, etc., caused by their children.
  • Children are to be supervised by a parent and/or guardian at all times, including around water. No lifeguards on duty.  No swimming, diving, or jumping, or walking in the water.
  • No unaccompanied children allowed in the clubhouse, restrooms, or laundry area.
  • No fireworks or firearms allowed in the park. This includes no BB, pellet, or paint guns.
  • Illegal drugs, violence, profanity, or aggression of any kind will not be tolerated. The Dixie County Sheriff’s Office will be called immediately, and you will be evicted from the premises without a refund.
  • No glass containers, except at your camp site.
  • All cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly. Do not throw them on the ground in the park or at your site!  If you leave cigarette butts on your site, you will forfeit any deposit refunds!
  • Dispose of all drink tabs and bottle caps properly. Do not throw them on the ground!
  • No solicitation of any kind is allowed in the park.

SITE REQUIREMENTS:

  • State law requires sewer rings (rubber donuts) at all sewer connections.
  • No site changes without prior approval from the office.
  • No home-made RV’s, etc., allowed. No tarps over campers.  Management reserves the right to inspect and refuse RV’s over 15 years old.
  • Place garbage in dumpster located behind the office. Household garbage only.
  • Only two vehicles and one RV per site. Golf carts count as one vehicle.
  • American flags only.
  • No objects may be tied to or hung from any tree or post. No clotheslines allowed.
  • Vehicle and RV washing allowed occasionally. You must first obtain a wash permit from the office.
  • Do not trim any trees. Notify office of any limb removal needs.
  •  Outdoor furniture only.  Limit yard deco’s, plants, etc.
  • No blocking, parking, or usage of vacant spots allowed.
  • Campers are responsible for keeping their site and RV neat and clean. No mold or mildew.
  • Be considerate of your neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum.  Observe quiet times.
  • Responsible, amicable, and sober behavior is expected at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to or dismiss any person and their property from the park.

CAMPFIRES AND GRILLING:

  • You may not bring firewood into the campground.  Firewood is available for purchase in the campground office.
  • Campfires allowed in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings.
  • No grills allowed on picnic tables.
  • Do not dump charcoal on ground or in fire rings.
  • Do not pour cooking oil or grease down drains, on grounds, or base of trees.
  • No burning of trash at your camp site.
  • Campfires and grills must be supervised at all times.

PETS:

  • Maximum 2 pets allowed. No aggressive breeds.
  • Barking will not be tolerated.
  • You must clean up after your pet! Failure to do so will result in your expulsion from the park.  Place pet waste in a bag and throw it in a dumpster, or use the doggie-bag station located near the bathhouse and laundry.
  • Pets must be on a leash six feet or less. No retractable leashes.
  • Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
  • Pets that are noisy, dangerous, destructive, or considered to be nuisances will not be permitted to remain in the park.
