One month rent cancellation is 45 days prior to not incur any fees, 44 days=1 week of site rental (non-prorated rent), 30 days=nonrefundable. 2 or more months you must cancel the entire reservation at least 6 months in advance for a full refund. For 3 months winter reservation, Nonrefundable.
