Premium sites in winter require a minimum 3 month stay
Holiday weekends require 3 day minimum stay
Cancellation Policy:
Completely Non-Refundable for Holiday Weekends and 3 month seasonal winter stays
Daily/weekly rentals 15 days prior to reservation for full refund 14 to 7 days, 1 night’s rental of site will be charged. 7 days or less nonrefundable. One month rent cancellation is 45 days prior to not incur any fees, 44 days=1 week of site rental (non-prorated rent), 30 days=nonrefundable. 2 or more months you must cancel the entire reservation at least 6 months in advance for a full refund. For 3 months winter reservation, Nonrefundable.
